We kindly ask in your order confirmation email, on our website, and before you write a review to please contact us if you have any issues with your snacks. Please keep in mind, that we do not manufacture the snacks ourselves. We purchase them from Nigeria, have them transported here, and safely unpack them and check expiration dates. Unfortunately, we have no control over manufacturer issues and we expect the quality to match the expiration date. Things happen. In addition, we have very low margins on these items and lots of times lose significant amounts of our investment. Please be mindful of this.
